For this start-up essential we have made an arrangement with OnlineTools to provide an inexpensive way to expose your LifePlus business to the world using the Internet. J & W Souza Enterprises, as your LifePlus Sponsor, will provide a link to your LifePlus Web Page from their LifePlus Web Page.

The LifePlus Web Page Account is provided by OnlineTools and includes the following features:

• A one time, primary web page set-up, with an image, and linked to;
• A secondary page that provides additional text information about you, your company, products, and services.
• Links to the local LifePlus informational web pages.
• One electronic feedback form (e-form1.html) linked to your e-mail address.
• One NetLinks(tm) Account. (NetLinks instructions e-mailed to you.)

This account has an annual renewal cost of $62.50.

NOTE: The $62.50 price requires the information (e.g. text) and graphics (e.g. gif, jpeg, pict, pcx) for this account be provided to OnlineTools in an electronic format (e.g. disk, e-mail). For example, put the information and graphics from your typed page or flyer on a floppy disk. OnlineTools will scan photos and artwork for $15.00 per image.

OnlineTools will provide the artwork and text layout at $50.00/hr. As an example, the home page graphics, AdBar graphics, and text for web pages similar to the Souza's LifePlus web pages would cost between $50 to $150 in addition to the yearly $62.50 account charge. It really depends on how much preparation you put into the you material you provide.

OnlineTools Special:
An active AdBar Account. Your AdBar will be displayed on NetLinks web pages for an indeterminate time, determined by OnlineTools.
